Meet Guillermo Vargas, the CEO of Provision Inspection Services.

He is a Florida licensed home and commercial professional certified master inspector who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Universidad Santo Tomas in Bogota, Colombia. He also earned a specialization in environmental engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a specialization in quality control from Universidad Industrial de Santander.

Guillermo has trained in the home inspection industry in Florida since 2001. He is experienced in new construction and real estate re-sale inspecting, as well as in the real estate and appraiser industry, giving him comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry and the skills necessary to make exhaustive inspections.

He has performed thousands of home inspection services in North Florida and holds vast experience in commercial inspections gained in the 30+ years working in the construction and engineering industry.

Guillermo is fully bilingual in English & Spanish.

He has great experience as a construction estimator (over 10 years) and an investing inspector (flipping houses). Moreover, he is certified in residential thermography and certified in wood-destroying-organisms (termites) through a licensed pest control operator.
